Setup charges are listed under the price table on each product page and shown separately in your quote.
How long does production take?
Production and rush times are shown in the Delivery tab of each product. Shipping time depends on destination.
What artwork format do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send the highest resolution you have and our art team will advise.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes. We send a digital proof for every order and only start production after you approve it.
Can I get a sample?
Samples are available for most items. Contact us with the item number.
