This swimming kickboard is made of ethylene vinyl acetate foam with a thick body, a molded recessed face and a U-shaped rear cutout. Its rounded, pointed nose gives the board a tapered front profile. The buoyant board is held by hand during swimming practice and supports kicking drills that focus on leg movement and strength.
