Neoprene Luggage Handle Wrap With Bound Edges

This neoprene luggage handle wrap folds around a suitcase handle to add a layer of thick cushioning while carrying luggage. An overlapping flap fastens with a hook-and-loop closure, allowing you to attach or remove the wrap as needed. Black edge binding finishes the edges. The flat wrap measures 5.9 inches wide by 5.5 inches high before it is folded around the handle. It fits most luggage handles and can be used when moving suitcases through airports, train stations, and hotels.
